Heiwegen Consultancy requires your personal details for the application procedure. Heiwegen Consultancy does not provide unsolicited information or services. Heiwegen Consultancy will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent. By submitting the application form you give Heiwegen Consultancy permission to retain your personal data in connection with possible suitable vacancies.

• Other personal data that you actively provide, for example your CV and cover letter

Heiwegen Consultancy processes personal data for the following purpose: To contact you in regards to job placement.

How long we keep your data: The retention periods we apply depend on the applicable statutory retention periods. Your personal data (e.g. name and address, CV, work experience, education, test results, etc.) will be kept for a maximum of one year after the last contact if you did not work for Heiwegen Consultancy during that time.

If you no longer wish to use our services, you can unregister. You will no longer be contacted by Heiwegen Consultancy. Your personal data will be permanently deleted after three calendar months. Your personal data will only be used by Heiwegen Consultancy for the intended purposes and periods.
